Don't touch with a barge pole. Made with cheap wood and flimsy cardboard. Bed broke after approximately 16 months. Customer service is rude and unhelpful wanted more money to replace broken foot board on my sleigh bed.......... Disgusting

I purchased a Vancouver Divan Bed.. Product Review: I know a lot of people here are complaining of bed breaking or poor quality. But in terms of divan I found this to be excellent quality and value for money. Easy to install and quality of headboard and footboard is good. Delivery Review: the only reason I'm not leaving five stars that the delivery was said to be within 10 days buy it took 14days . The communication from customer service was hit and miss on when to expect a Delivery and status of order. All in all imglad I got this bed.

Please please do not waste ur money its true u get what u pay for u buy cheap u get cheap. So sad to see so many comments in the same predicament as me!! Save ur money and go else where!!
