Came down last week to see a Touareg liked the car as it was something I was looking for but it was not as it was discribed! I'm very disappointed, the bumper had multiple scratches which did not show in the pictures on the website, when I asked Mike why he did not advise me of these issues, it was shrugged off and Mike rolled his eyes at me! Another customer then came s he had doubled booked the viewing for the vehicle, he spent most of the time discussing the car with him and ignored me, I felt discriminated against. I left feeling very disappointed as Mike seemed to ignore me once I pointed out the cars flaws. I've never come across a dealer which treats their customers like this. Avoid this garage at all costs, Mike is a liar and only cares about selling his cars at any cost

I visited with my father, I'm entitled to rate your business based on my experience, appreciate your comments but I felt as the dealer spoke to my father rudely and the car was missing service history so we were a bit disappointed as the car was falsely advertised..it's good you have some good reviews as that's someone else's experience, however it is not mine and I don't appreciate being argued with and trying to make me feel bad for rating your business based how we were treated! It shows more about you as a business. Be humble and treat others how you wish to be treated! hopefully this will help to improve the garage and service provided by your employees for the future. Drive 2hr 30mins to see a car, car was a little different from advertised with the excuses being it's old and has issues. Had a cracked light and rust bubbling which wasn't mentioned in the ad. Still liked the car and wanted to PX and was offered the same value as Webuyanycar for my current vehicle. Negotiated a price and said I need a day or so to think it over but to hold the car for me which was agreed. Called on the day discussed and offered to put a deposit down to secure the car as I wanted to take it. I was told that he'd changed his mind and would no longer like to do the deal. Wasted fuel and my time and was just told to basically look elsewhere. Absolutely shocking business which doesn't even list itself as a car dealer on Google let alone have the correct address when you select directions which I found a bit odd. Would I buy a car from here? Not a chance as good luck with the aftersales. I didn't even get to buy the car and it still wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Edit: Judging by the reply you can see why he's a pressure salesman! Lies and writes essays to cover up his unprofessional approach to selling! Well done Mike 👍 just to add he did say other people buying a Toyota Aygo in blue were time wasters and he needed to just please them but he knew he wouldn't buy the car. If that's not unprofessional I don't know what is!

What a refreshing car buying experience! I recently bought a new to me car from Beckingham Garage and I cannot fault the service whatsoever from beginning to end. The initial viewing was a no pressure, informative and helpful experience, and making an appointment to suit me was no problem whatsoever. The car itself was in great shape for its age although upon viewing and test driving, a headlight bulb failed. This was sorted straight away and upon collection, the car was cleaned, all routine maintenance was up to date and everything exactly as it should be. Unfortunately a warning light came up on the dash a couple of days after the sale, however upon a message to Beckingham Cars, this was rectified, on my driveway, within 24 hours and at no cost to me whatsoever. They have even offered to take care of the next item of scheduled maintenance for me when it’s due! All in all I cannot fault this dealer at all. Welcoming, courteous, honest and helpful and, As far as I can see only stocking quality cars that they’d be happy to own themselves. I’ll certainly be back and will be recommending strongly to any friends/family who are in the market to buy a used car. Absolutely worth the 5 star rating I have given above, I would’ve given 10 if I could!

So when you find a dealer that does what they say, is totally honest and gives the industry a good name it’s worth shouting about. Mike is trustworthy, went above and beyond and sold me a great little car. A lovely chap to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again.

Purchased a 2015 BMW 335i F31 M Sport from Beckingham Garage. I appreciate the no nonsense, no pressure approach of car sales. The car has now done 3000 miles in my ownership with long distance trips across EU and has been great. A truly rare car that was perfectly and honestly prepared with tasteful modifications. I have been looking for one of these for sometime as a long term keeper/future classic. Yes you where also right, the JB4 and charge pipe have been ordered… Many thanks & hope the Merc sells well!
