Both myself and my husband are so glad that we took the decision to bring Becki on our journey with us to bring our son into the world. Right from the start, Becki was approachable, open about information and honest. She was able to help with our queries and made both of us feel empowered with the birth. She was an absolute rock for me during the labour and I valued her so much for her strength during that time. If we have another child, she will absolutely be there with us again.

Becki has been absolutely fabulous in her support of our baby’s arrival both before in the planning and once she was here. From the very start Becki has been so helpful in creating our birth plan, providing so much information on what happens when (and why) and putting our minds at ease about our new arrival. After our daughter arrived, Becki’s continued support was above and beyond and I don’t know how we would have got through it without her!

Becki was an amazing addition to my birth plan and environment. She supported my husband and I with our freebirth in September 2022. She was in contact with us in pregnancy, helped to make sure we had all the information we needed to make decisions about our care and our birth and made us feel well prepared. She also encapsulated my placenta for me. On the day of my birth she was a calming presence, helped with practical support and took lovely pictures. Having her there made me feel supported and strong and it meant that I didn’t have to worry about my husband being alone in supporting me. My son was born only a few hours after Becki arrived with us. However it was after the birth that Becki was really needed. My body didn’t want to let go of the placenta and so Becki stayed, helping me to relax, reminding me it might be a good time to have a wee, letting me know how long it had been between herbal remedies and holding my son whilst I had a shower. She never pressured me to try anything to help the placenta to release, only listened to what I wanted. We were so relieved when it made its way out! We would recommend Becki to anyone birthing whether they have done it before or not. This was our third baby and second home birth and it was absolutely perfect, thanks to Becki for the part she played in the prep, on the day and in the hours and days that followed. 💜

I believe that people cross paths when they are meant to.. I met Becki maybe a year before I fell pregnant and was instantly drawn to her calm, warm nature.. when I found out I was pregnant I was full of shock and if I’m honest, fear, fear of the unknown, fear of hospitals, of babies and fear of something going wrong.. I ended up having a fantastic pregnancy, and thanks to Becki I went into my labour feeling empowered and calm, the birth I had hoped for didn’t quite go as planned but any decisions made were my own, Becki helped me to understand my rights so unlike so many other woman I didn’t feel coerced into anything. Becki was also great with my mum and partner, her advice and support throughout just made the whole experience way less scary for all of us ❤️

Becki is just amazing- she made me a beautiful breastmilk ring last year which I accidentally discoloured on a sunny holiday, I was so upset. Luckily Becki was able to re-do part of it for me and it looks brand new again :) so happy with it. Would 100% recommend Becki x

Becky is amazing! She knows how to comfort and support you without any pressure. She doesn't make any decision for me but she hold the space so I feel save to make my own decisions. I highly recommend her as a doula and as a mentor. She is basically a wonderful person.

I had my placenta turned into capsules with becki. She collected the placenta from hospital within an hour after our baby was born and the capsules were back a couple days later. She also sent us a picture of the placenta and turned the cord into a heart. Such a lovely keepsake. Really recommend this service. It was quick, friendly and profesional!
