My grandmother was buried there in 1984 I visited many many times no problem. My last visit was roughly 7 or eight years ago. I visited two weeks ago and her plot has a different stone in it of something else so what has happened where is her stone and why somebody else’s stone in her spot. I’ve been online to check the records and her records do not exist. I’m somewhat confused

The funeral itself went well. The issues were when I’d paid £1500 for my fathers plaque and received no contact when it had arrived to book in the interment of the ashes. I called 5 weeks after ordering the plaque only to be told it had already been up on the wall for 2 weeks with no one having made an effort to contact me. I have since tried to call multiple times over the course of a month with no answer and when I had got through it would be to a call centre in the midlands who have told me that I will receive a call back from beckenham which is still yet to happen. I was told the plaque had been up for 2 weeks the first week of November and it’s now 4 days to Christmas and still no reply. I wanted to leave the emotional pain of burying my fathers ashes in 2022 and now have to carry that into the new year. They are impossible to contact and I can’t understand why there is no proper email communication available. Extremely disappointed.

Considering this is one of the most expensive crematoriums in the UK it’s a disgrace they can’t stop the pigeons roosting in the roof. Even the minister apologised for the constant noise. Really poor
