We needed a laminate floor in our hallway replaced by carpet and fast. In preparation for completion of a sale. We found Beckenham Carpets online and from the first moment of speaking to Darren, I knew we had struck gold, My partner has just started a new job and I was filming in Serbia so everything had to be left to Darren and he did an amazing job. Picking up keys from neighbours, keeping us up to speed with what was happening and completing the work in a tight time frame. All done brilliantly. A huge thanks to Darren and his team. We’d certainly recommend them to anyone looking for good work, great carpets and fabulous service.

I used this firm to re-carpet the whole of my family home. They were not the cheapest of the quotes I got, but I decided they were the best choice when they came round to measure. The owners were hands-on and suggested solutions to fitting issues in different rooms, and advice on colour plus wear and tear. Far from pushing me into spending more money, they advised a good-price option. As a team, they are also super-fast at fitting and delivered on time, as agreed. Felt good to use a small, local firm - and visitors have said the house looks great.

Darren did an amazing job. From the consultation where he was looking at ways to keep costs down, by using corner offcuts for the steps leading up to the bedroom, to talking through the best options for our needs. Darren and the team were able to turn it around within two weeks of confirming the job, they were quick, efficient and didn't leave any mess. Really friendly and very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service from Beckenham Carpets. Gary was amazing and very patient he talked me through what I needed and came the next morning to measure up and give me the quote. Carpet was fitted yesterday by Darren and another young man who were both friendly helpful and professional. They took all the old carpet and underlay and even moved some of the furniture which was too heavy for me to move. Great personal service from a local company.

Brilliant from start to finish. Extremely helpful and friendly on first contact in the shop where I was loaned a sample of the carpet we were interested in. Both Darren and Gary were very reliable, called to confirm and arrived at arranged time. Darren's work was outstanding, we are very happy with our new stair runners.
