    Definitely I don’t recommend Order pair of sissors obviously says 3-5 working days . 8 days waiting nothing. Soon I emailed asking. Without even asking me or even giving me choice of waiting for items or refund. straight away issue me refund it’s like well that’s your money back p off .so waisted 8 days for nothing .     I purchased a large wax heater from Beautyfor ... light was flickering so being electrical i informed them, as electrical items concern me, they collected to investigate They rang to say couldn't find anything wrong and offered refund or i could have it back continue to use it and if any problems let them know, "it is not flickering light, its automatic light which turns off when the temperature reaches its limit to avoid burnings" this is not how the light on my heater is working ! I only use it once/twice a month ... i contacted them via email and had to chase them after no response a week later, and basically their reply is that i can only get a refund if unused and within 30 days of receipt ! so why tell me i could continue to use it ?! This wax heater is dangerous !!! if consistency of wax is good, the wax is too hot and burns the skin !!! if the temperature is ok then the wax is unworkable. I know its not the wax as ive had no problems with my previous smaller wax heater. They dont seem concerned at all that this is dangerous and could land me/us is an insurance claim via a burned client ! Im not willing to risk myself or my clients welfare and im shocked they think this is ok I would have taken the refund straight away if they didnt advise on the phone that i could have it back and continue to use if any issues thereafter i could return and have it then ! They have offered a different heater with a "discount price" which im not prepared to pay out anymore to this company based on their current handling of this faulty / dangerous wax heater i have already purchased from them I will be reviewing on other social media platforms. We need to be able to trust in our suppliers and to be confident in our equipment for our clients. Please be aware when using this company and get EVERYTHING in writing from them as they seem to forget, conveniently, what is discussed on the phone

    This is the second time in a row there was an attempted delivery from this company, while I was home. The first time, I called Beautyfor and they promptly dealt with it for me, great. This time around, however, the guy I spoke to kept obsessing over my apparent “raised voice”, and “shouting” - believe me, I wasn’t. The majority of the conversation was around his agitated self telling ME to calm down, instead of dealing with the matter at hand. I tried explaining that the last time this happened, they dealt with it for me, he didn’t care. He told me to deal with this myself, and he eventually hung up on me.
