If I could give them a 0 then I would do unprofessional booked me in for today at 11am when I got there the shop wasn’t even opened I tried to call them didn’t pick up. They claim they open for 11 so should be there before 11 if they have a booking for 11am. So angry as I have young children so can not be wasting time waiting around.
