The shop staff are very rude. I went in there to try and exchange unused hair with a different pack (something which I have been able to do multiple times in that shop) but I had a particular staff member who refused to do it and when I questioned it he proceeded to raise his voice, dismissed my questions by ignoring me and watching whatever he was watching on his phone and also started to attending to the customer behind me, interrupting me. I have never received such rude treatment there and will certainly not be shopping at that store again.
