Worst customer service experience ! I had a voucher that my sister gifted to me as a birthday present. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment with Samia at the very last moment and since then, the business has been very unprofessional and rude towards me (when I tried to reschedule). They never reply to my emails and they were not clear (nothing in written form, only phonecalls) about their policies and the next steps to be taken about the no show fee. When I tried to clarify the situation, they were always postponing dealing with my issue and they were never clear about what to expect. When I asked for an email response, they called me and started yelling at me over the phone. It was always my intention to pay the no show fee but it took them 4 months to properly explain this to me in a written form. We never reached an agreement and I never got to use my gift voucher. The main issue was their unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. Avoid this salon at all costs!!
