The staff in this salon are amazing and really great at what they do but the way it is managed, leaves a lot to be desired. I cannot be the only one who has been left frustrated. Yesterday, I had my appointment cancelled for a third time. The last time ( it was cancelled) I arrived at the salon to find it closed and no one had bothered to call me. There was barely an apology when I phoned to ask what was going on and no offer of compensation for my time wasted etc. Today I was called 2 hours before my appointment to be told that the staff were on holiday, even though I had booked through their own website the previous day. Jan who does the best blow dry in West London is amazing. She is really great at her job and I’ve seen many other customers, VERY happy with what she has done for them. The other lady is proficient too. It is obviously successful (as the staff are good). It needs to be run more professionally & not take peoples custom for granted. Service: Blowouts

Hello please can you tell me : 1. when can I have a patch test as I am interested in keratin treatment but cannot get ahold of you via phone. I would like to do it next Sat but I am working everyday until then. Is the patch test necessary? 2. Also, going to steam room , sauna can interfere with the result? I regularly go 3. Is the treatment containing harsh chemicals? Thank you and please kindly advise of an alternative number to contavt you if possible
