Would leave no stars if I could. Ordered Saturday for next day delivery (mother's day) and it's still hasn't arrived it's now Wednesday. Company claims they're looking into it. I've explained I don't want the product now it was meant to be a mother's day gift. Apparently nothing they can do at this point. Stay well clear of this scam company

Horrendous service and company. 2 weeks tomorrow I would of been waiting for my order, Hermes the courier who they have sent it with are non contactable. Awful service, item never arrived, avoid! Item never arrived even after 2 weeks, no email...nothing! I contacted them and was given some made up story about "lost in transit". Other friends and family have received the same awful service from Beauty Bay. This company needs to be avoided, not quite sure how they get away with being so appalling. God only knows when they would have contacted me about this, not easy to get hold of when there are problems either and you are told not to send more emails as you will go back to bottom of queue!! They then sent this email to say "hope you like your goodies please leave a review" so here it is!!! Items were never received and not a clue how long a refund will take!

I made an order for over £200 with next day delivery. After talking to their ‘chat bot’, messaging them on Facebook, ringing the beauty bay number and emailing customer service. I have received no information. I have not received a dispatch email or any update on my order whats so ever. I have ordered multiple times off this website and know of lots who also regularly order off this website and have never experienced this. I still have no clue where my order is or whether I am ever going to receive if. Not happy with my experience at all.
