Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, no refund will be given.

We do not charge any additional fees or charges that are not included in the rental cost. However, we do require a security deposit of £150 which will be refunded to you after check-out provided there is no damage to the apartment.
