Found the staff not welcoming at all 🙁 The veg and fruits looked fresh this time, though that's if you are happy to shop with distant robotic staff. P.S. UPDATE.. the fruit is vile!!! See picture. No wonder they were reduced. So they can get rid of their rotten peaches that looked amazing! So instead of returning them to the seller they thought, let's rip off our customers and get our expenses back instead of dealing with more work. Awful attitude, this is a different way of stealing in my opinion. Selling people something that is inedible, knowingly! Star rating has gone down from 3 to 1 I would give them 0 if I could 😡

Love this place. Have bought fruit and veg here a few times and everything has been really good quality. There's a butchers, fish monger and refill shop round the corner, so it's the perfect place to do a weekly shop. It's also pretty easy to be covid-safe as the shop is half-open by design and they always keep the door open. To my memory, the staff wear masks and gloves.
