I have been living here, three years, and I love it! Super safe living, three lock use before you get to your apartment, some one at the door (24 hours) to greet/help. Close there is shopping (one at the bottom of the elevations), pubs, etc. I'm disabled ♿, and they are wonderful at helping me. Love them. Top notch!!!

The visitor parking is located just in front of Market place (departmental store) at ground floor. To enter visitor parking, take inner slip road just after Victoria train station and go along the way Simply gym. Just before it merges back to main Victoria Av road at its north end, turn left after pinnacle to enter visitors parking space. Parking is chargeable for couple of hours (payable on phone app). Alternative is big parking across the road at civic centre.

if 0 stars was an option this is what i would give! When we moved here we were sold a dream to then find out it was all a hoax. Having lived there for 7 months we have had endless amounts of problems with randall whatts not getting things done when there is a problem! They are extremely far behind on work in the building! We are having to rely on heart estate agents to be the middle man which is impossible! Constantly getting parking tickets when we pay for a parking space which has resulted in a debt company contacting us and demanding payment, we have had to park in other peoples spaces due to people parking in our space which has resulted to more parking tickets and getting our vehicle keyed. Contact through randall whatts and heart is appalling! We are just glad we did not purchase on of these properties and are able to cut ties soon! My advice before renting or buying one of these is look else where and stay away!
