Bought a photo frame from here for (a rip off price) over £400. They ordered it in and 2 months later claimed it had arrived damaged. They then “ordered” another one in and told us they’ll call us when to pick it up. Months went by and no call. We rang the shop on numerous occasions only to be ignored and our calls declined. After about 6 months we went into the shop only to have annalise the owner to say that the photo frame had been damaged by builders in their shop and there was nothing she could do. No refund was issued and the shop claim they don’t keep receipts from that long ago. DO NOT BUY!
