A call from Yorkshire and arranged by Beaufort Florists Birmingham. It couldn’t have been smoother .. During lockdown January 2021 I contacted the team at Beaufort Florists to send flowers to my aunt for her birthday. The BF team did not disappoint me .. on the day they kindly sent me a picture of the beautiful bouquet they created and I and my aunt were over the moon. Fast forward January 2022 .. BF were so accommodating and helpful I didn’t look anywhere else. Again they delivered the highest standard of customer service and care. Again they forwarded me a pic before my order was ready for delivery. Again the flowers were beautiful and long lasting. I would like to thank Liz and Leianne who were very patient and went above and beyond regards their customer care. I look forward to calling Beaufort Florists again because I know from Yorkshire to Birmingham they will deliver more than flowers, it will be an experience rare these days.
