Rang with a blown out tyre just around the corner from the shop, was told he would be with us within 25 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, 4 unanswered phonecalls and he finally answered to tell me that he went home early and didn't have my number to call back. By this time it was 5.30 and all other tyre shops were closed. Left on the side of the road with a blow out and no choice but to call 24 hour fitter and pay extortionate fees. Absolute joke.
