The Therapist who performed the patch test & carried out the treatment were lovely and very good however the manageress is & was extremely rude I unfortunately was late for a patch test which needed to be done 48 hrs before my treatment so this couldn’t be done any nearer my treatment I was told in a very rude manner I was told off & that they couldn’t do the test even though they’re wasn’t any clients in 🤔 and time to this before they closed for the day the rest of the staff were lovely a shame the manageress is extremely rude which will definitely stop me from returning again only had treatment for an extremely important event & because the rest of the staff were & are lovely my LVL’s look amazing & am very happy with them my treatment was carried out by a lovely young lady called Ellie - Thank you Ellie!
