If you book an appointment don't expect to get any one on one attention as they always seem to be over booked and they to serve too many people at once. I ordered a custom veil for my wedding. Spent ages with my MoH picking out the jewels to be put on it. Only to find a week before the wedding, I picked it up and they decided they didn't have enough of the jewels I picked out so they added some huge ones much bigger than the subtle ones I picked. No communication at all. It looked awful and there was no time to order or make another one. So I had to take a used one which was a sample of something they didn't even sell anymore, but no apology and they wouldn't even give me a discount on the used sample one. Was horrific and r The whole situation really stressful and upsetting. The lady who served me was nice and accommodating and it wasn't her fault but the manager/owner was so rude. Saying they'd refund me so I'd leave with no veil for my wedding in a week's time.

I recently said yes to the dress at Beau Belles! Kim was absolutely amazing throughout the appointment. She has a wealth of knowledge and is an absolute master of her craft! Her warm, bubbly and supportive approach made me feel heard and understood. Nothing was too much to ask and she was amazing at helping me to build the vision for my dream dress! We had an amazing experience buying a prom dress this weekend at Beau Belles. Such a great selection of beautiful dresses to suit all budgets. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were there for 3 hours trying on very many dresses the level of friendly, personal service was outstanding.
