Beatrice is above and beyond a dream when it comes to dress making. When you arrive at her studio, you instantly feel a sense of calm and warmth. She was so brilliant at listening to every feeling, detail, thought I had about my wedding dress, and helping to make it a reality. I came to her with a wedding dress I bought a year or so prior. It was handmade with old vintage materials, but it was wonky and more revealing than I wanted. Bea helped design me the most stunning and flattering under bodice, that created a whole new feel to the look. She then helped to make the original dress fit and feel like it was made for me (because she did in fact, make it for me) and helped to create very special parts of the dress - like a hidden pocket that I kept a lucky clover in from my sister, she beautifully stitched a vintage doily in the back that came from my partners grandmother, and so much more. She has an incredible eye for detail, and made every inch of that dress special. Thank you Bea for creating the dress that was far better than my wildest imagination. Beatrice she is absolutely amazing with her work making dresses. She has done an absolutely amazing job making my dress it is like Princess Diana’s dress. I asked Beatrice do a very complicated dress and she really has done a fantastic job. It would of taken a whole team of people to make originally but Beatrice made it all on her own she is absolutely amazing. She has taken the time to do exactly what I have asked. I haven’t been the most easiest customer as i like everything perfect. Beatrice takes her time to make sure you get an amazing result which is an amazing wedding dress. My dress looks just as good as the real thing. It looks better than the dress that was made for crown. I would give Beatrice 5 stars. Her communication with what you need is amazing she makes sure your happy with everything. She made me a corset to go inside the dress which takes a good couple of inches of my waist which I was really pleased with. She also made a veil that is 2.7 metres long and the train is the same length too. It all looks absolutely amazing. Every dress fitting Beatrice was always on time. I brought my baby that was 3 months old to every dress fitting and Beatrice was so good with my little boy and she was so understanding if I needed to see to him when having the fittings done. He is now 7 months old she has got to know my little boy and me whilst on my journey of having my dress made. Beatrice is amazing at making sure your dress is made with the correct measurements to your size. She is good at giving advice so that I don’t put on or loose to much weight so I fit into the dress. I get married on the 18th of June 2022. Beatrice will get me into my dress on wedding day to make sure I’m looking amazing. And she is coming to the church to put my train on to get me ready for my wedding. She has also made me a petticoat to go underneath the dress it really does look amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an amazing wedding dress. after my wedding I will be putting pictures on her to show Beatrice’s amazing work. Beatrice altered my wedding dress for me in advance of my upcoming wedding and I cannot recommend her more! She took on what is a very challenging dress (both in design and in types of fabric), and she did a great job with it. She gave helpful advice on which alterations would be worth doing and which would not, and I appreciated her honesty about this and her wisdom / expertise. I was poorly during my first consultation and Beatrice was really nice in taking care of me, I felt very comfortable. The final result did not take long at all, and I am so happy with the results. Very pleased with the service from Beatrice. She transformed my granddaughters dance outfit turned a leotard into a crop top to match skirt for rockin roll competition in Blackpool. Very fiddly because had to piece back into outfit made from the sleeves. Can’t thank her enough, fitted me in at short notice and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend Beatrice she takes pride in her work and goes that extra mile.
