Update: Seems like they have some staffing issues. Once they have recruited someone, I hope they call us back soon! My husband has been calling them for consultation and showing interest to go their clinic. They said they would call us back but it’s already been few weeks. No call back even after my husband called them again last week. Their website seems really nice and we would really like to get a better leg but they are just not responding well!

I arranged an appointment for a friend to see what they could do for her daughter. It cost £99 upfront. Was told if she proceeded the money would be deducted but if not the money would be refunded. So it felt like a holding fee so paid. In the end she didn’t proceed with prosthetics but they now refuse to refund. Showed lack of integrity. I notice now the initial appointment is free and so it should be because it is a fact finding session. The guy who provided info at the appointment was really good but this has left a sour taste.
