    I didn’t think that customer service of this level still existed. I ordered a new watch on Sunday evening and had an email on the Monday morning asking if the watch needed to be adjusted for wrist size. On Tuesday morning a large box arrived and inside was a wrapped box with ribbon on it with my watch inside - fantastic presentation. I also received a hand written message from Yui thanking me for my business and I hoped I enjoy the watch. Amazing service.
