I cnanot rate this place highly enough. My daughter is so attached to her pink monkey that she's had for 8 years and who was looking very fragile and tired and old. Janie understood entirely how precious these bears can be to people and once we dropped him off she literally stayed in contact all week with pictures and updates of his adventure and his repair. He's now on his way back to us via recorded delivery and I've seen the pictures...he looks AMAZING! Janie isn't just clever at doing repairs...she offered a service that literally brought me to tears multiple times! So personal, so kind and so understanding. When were in the shop (we drove the monkey 1hr to Leigh-On-Sea to deliver him safely) Janie addressed my daughter the whole time, asking what she wanted from the repair and finding out about Pinky Monkey. This is the best service I've ever had for anything. Absolutely gold. Thankyou Janie!!! Can't wait to have him back home 😊💗

3 Charlie Bears delivered safely to their new home thanks to Janey at Bear Hugs and Collectable treasure. I haven’t had the opportunity to visit the store and arranged to purchase (left to right) Whoopsie Daisy, Wolf Gang and Mabel via Facebook. Janey made the process extremely secure, taking the payment over the phone and sending both the receipt and tracking details via messenger straight away. I ordered these bears on Saturday, they arrived today (Monday). I would definitely shop here again. Thanks Janey!
