Sydney from Bear was the only person I didn’t dread phoning me while we were in the process of buying a house. When all other parties - mortgage company, solicitors, etc. made it very stressful - Sydney remained calm, friendly, and sooo helpful! I think I would have run away otherwise, haha! Thanks for everything Sydney and bear - if we ever sell this house we’ll be coming to you!

We sold our mums bungalow via Bear Canvey island..Tony was our first point of contact and dealt with the valuation, advertising and photographs guiding us through the process aswell as attending viewings with potential buyers when needed. Marcus and Hayden set up most of the viewings, both are an asset to Bear they also attended when we needed them too at viewings ,were quick with feed backs and kept us up to date at all times. Once sold, Meghan was an absolute star, we had a couple of issues which she advised us on and it all went smoothly in the end with Helen keeping us up to date on day of completion. Everyone I dealt with at Bear were so friendly , knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, they made a very difficult time a little easier .. I would have no hesitation in recommending them ..thank you to you all at Bear

We first met Joe when he came to value our house. During the meeting he clearly explained current market trends and things to consider with the process. We had a few valuations from other agents too, but decided to use Bear because of the good initial impressions and interactions we had with Joe. Joe and his team organised the viewings and talked us through the offers we received, providing guidance when selecting what offer to go with. While selling our house we were also looking for a place to buy. Regardless of the estate agent selling the properties, Joe was always happy to provide advice and guidance on the properties we were looking at and how to achieve the best price. During the selling process Joe and his team were available when ever we needed to speak to them. Overall very happy with using Bear to sell our properly and guide us through the process.

I sold my house with Bear Estate Agents, with Ricky Foker our estate agent. We put the house on the market late December and completed mid April. They got me the price I had wanted. The process was very smooth and painless. They have "Sales Progressors" whose job it is to look after you and the sale once the EA has found a buyer, ours was Sydney Mackie, and this means you're not chasing someone who would rather be selling wokring on their next sale. I found both Ricky and Sydney to be very professonal, and I would recommend them to anyone. Martin
