Excellent service for many years I have dealt with Beals for many years for renting my properties and have always had a really good experience with both Shirley and Eastleigh branches. This time around they sold my property and the service was excellent. Katie Healy the sales progressor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prompt at responding and always giving an end of week update. My case was very tricky as it was leasehold however Katie managed to deal with all parties effectively which really helped matters progress swiftly. Beals are highly recommended for rental and sales. Mohammed was 10 minutes late arriving at the property and had no idea the state of the property and yea apologised but also said he would phone an hour after because he knew I was interested. He also then said he would phone me back after I had phoned him with who the landlord would choose but again I had to chase him. I left it as he was meant to phone me back but over a week on and still nothing and property is no longer online so I can only assume it has gone and he didn’t want to talk to me with the outcome 🤷🏻♀️ very poor experience/ customer relations

Unfortunately after 6 months our sale fell through largely due to Ackroyd Legal Southampton and Paris Smith of Winchester. Thank you Beales and Thank you Jack. I think most of us are filled with dread when we know a visit or a conversation with an estate agent is due. When I plucked up the courrage to walk in to this branch I very quickly realalised that Beales are not the same as the previous agents I had the misfortune to have visited. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The office was clean and uncluttered. I was able to ask questions of Jack with out being made to feel stupid or more importantly "Just another figure on the sales target wall" Well done and keep up that attitude. It makes a change to find this in the High Street.
