Just moved into a new place today marketed by Beals. It’s disgusting. There is black mold everywhere. Nothing was cleaned prior to our move in. The entire place smells like mold and just stank. When we got here every window was open and there were coffee beans in the cupboards to cover up the smell. It was very clear that they knew there was mold and smell issue but didn’t take care of it. The toilet is broken. The water heater won’t heat the domestic water. I will never work with Beals again. I recommend not using this location if you can avoid it. All photos shared.
