Dealing with them was fine for sorting the property out but some of their staff may need to brush up on what's normal and what's actually possible. Also they might want to express some interest in the state of the properties that they represent. So much condensation that your windows are completely soaked every day is not normal and according to one of their agents it's impossible to get rising damp in a flat. Here's a picture that shows otherwise.
