We purchased our home in the Summer of 2018 and 5 years on still love our home and location. We have made many friends on our development with our now 2 children, they're very family-orientated builders with grass areas and parks on the estate which feel lovely and safe. The plot reservation to moving day process from start to finish was painless with us able to choose interior features that suit our style such as flooring and kitchen styles. I'd absolutely purchase another Beal Home!

Bath leaking through the living room ceiling (wasn't fitted with supports), plastering and painting throughout the home is poor (will need to repaint myself as soon as Im able to), garden unusable, the list goes on. Just calculated that Ive had 42 visits from Beals and other business they work with in 119 days of owning the home with the majority still not being fixed.
