We stayed in a bothy style building . Very nicely decorated very clean . The food was the best we had on the whole of our coast 2 coast walk. Would recommend.

Great campsite for walkers doing the coast to coast walk. Iocated about 900meters of the trail. There are to fields to camp. One small field for hikers and one for other guest. It's so very quiet here, only some sounds of the animals from the farm. I paid 5 pounds for a night which is very reasonable. There are two very new toilet/shower rooms. So yes this is definitely worth a stop instead of wildcamping.

Nice showers, and toilets . Superb quite site apart from the group I was with!!! 20 of us .. Also let you have fires in pits ,and they have sturdy picnic benches .around the main field and other two smaller camping fields The farm couple were friendly and let us use wood for fires from an out building. Superb views. Will be back again .charges £5 a night p.p. excellent value ...
