    A truly awful experience with Beadnall Copley from start to finish and, in my opinion, quite possibly one of the most unprofessional organisations I have ever encountered. How they appear to have such a large share of the market is truly beyond me. After renting a property through Beadnall for 30 months, in addition to attempting to view/purchase our own property during this time the comedy of errors included: being provide with the wrong keys to our rental (removal men left waiting outside / no apology); being refused access to view properties that we were considering purchasing only to then evict our young family with the minimum of notice over Christmas; listing our rental property for sale without pictures (thus subjecting us to countless unnecessary viewings) and spurious claims against our tenancy deposit – including a £140 charge for gutter-cleaning when the tenancy agreement specifically identified this as a responsibility of the landlord (a view agreed by the DPS). Fortunately we have now found a new home but should the need arise I WOULD NEVER USE BEADNALL COPLEY IN ANY CAPACITY AGAIN.
