Went for 3 nights. Room was adequate for the price of 35 a night if you are looking for a cheap place with a shower. Bed was clean but hard. Bathroom was tiny barely any room to move around. The bottom of the shower was disgusting with grime and a half used bottle of shower gel. The water went hot and cold. We were provided with coffee making facilities and a mini fridge but no milk provided and none available at the bar. The best thing was the location where there's a retail park across the road with shops and food places. Manor House underground 10 mins up the road and a bus stop near by. I would say stay here no more than 3 nights and only stay if you only plan on sleeping and showering. It's not some where you can relax throughout the day. We were out every day from the morning and only came back on the night. If you are out past 11 the only way in is through narrow metal stairs round the back of the building so if you have any mobility problems then dont stay here at all. It was adequate for what we needed on a budget but I would not stay here again and would rather pay a bit extra for a place that is cleaner and actually has a reception in case you need assistance as this place doesn't in the morning or during the night

First of all this is not a hotel. This is a bunch of rooms on top of a pub. There is no reception and there is no one answering the phone. In case of an emergency no one will help you. The check in process was not clear and we called many times to enquire as we were arriving late but no one answered. We went to the place and there was no one there and the pub was closed and no one was answering. We paid £100 for a 2 bed room so it wasn't cheap. We ended up booking another place after a lot of hassle and waiting. Bottom line, not reliable at all and don't be fooled by the price

They did not give me the information how to get in during the pub was closed so I remained outside for the night, also they tried to charge my card twice even though the booking was already paid, if was possible I would give 0 stars.

(Translated by Google) Definitely not recommended, it is perhaps fine for 1/2 nights provided you sacrifice any hygienic-sanitary claim. Carpet infested with dirt (without slippers the risk of contracting some tropical disease is very high), not to mention the sheets stained with every possible body fluid imaginable. Bathroom without hairdryer, there was only a soap and one of those 46 in 1 shower-shampoos that are good for the body, hair, floors, car, dog and maybe even for cleaning the shower floor. The only positive notes I can give are the discreet proximity to the metro station and the hot water which strangely was not lacking. My room was on the top floor (positive because you can't hear the noise of the pub below, negative because every step on the stairs could have been the trigger for the collapse of the latter) and the only outlet to the outside was a window overlooking the ceiling that opens 15 cm. There is also a kettle, rigorously filled with dirty water from the previous customer (as well as the cups) and tea/coffee bags; also in the mini fridge there was a carton of milk that was strangely not expired. PS. Probably if you slam your feet too hard on the floor you will break through the carpet and find yourself downstairs.
