OK so I've read the reviews on here and clearly I'm not alone. Took my children for a check up this morning 8.55 (appointment 9am.)Arrived 5 minutes early(which I thought was the right thing to do to allow 5 minutes to fill out update information. Walking into reception with a jolly good morning only to meet a VERY RUDE receptionist. She simply spoke over me repeatedly saying in a aggressive manner "we are not open yet we are not open yet". Wouldn't even allow me to speak and explain that we had arrived 5 minutes early to fill out update information. I have never been spoken to like that by a reception ever before. It's a shame because all the rest of the professionals there have always been super friendly and helpful. Perhaps your receptionist could do with a refresher course on how to treat your clients. NHS dentist surgery doing the best they can. Speak to the receptionist as if she's an actual person and she will treat you the same. Have seen her take abuse for things that aren't her fault, don't blame her if she's fed up! Never had a problem with them and just grateful to have an NHS dentist.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Had composite bonding done that looks awful & wrong colour. My son was meant to be referred for sedation for a tooth out. To call and find out 6 months later it had never even been done!!!! Lady on reception is so so rude. Would not recommend at all!!!!

The impatient, rude with poor telephone manner and no social skills receptionist is still there! She never picks up the phone in the morning and it is exhausting to talk to her. It is shocking she is still there!

I waited 8 weeks for an appointment. 8 WEEKS! The morning of my apmnt I tested positive for covid. I called Beaconsfield immediately (was early so I left message on answerphone explaining/cancelling). 3 weeks later I get a 3 page letter warning me that wasting NHS time is unacceptable etc.. unsatisfactory as I cancelled on day/will now have to wait 6+weeks more for another appointment- this was a 3 page letter with RM stamp! Totally unnecessary! Waste of time/paper/stamp/NHS money! Next time I get covid I’ll just come unwell What a joke! - rude dysfunctional non-sensical practice - keep on wasting our money in postage! Try emailing people- you ask us all this info on forms to fill in then shove out bog standard letters ad-hoc! Really annoying!
