Dr Nurein operated on me back in early October 2019, so this review is coming some time after then. However, I am living proof of Dr Nurein's expertise in gynecomastia surgery, and I couldn't be happier with my results. The whole team were very attentive at all stages, and in particular I felt that the aftercare was explained to me very well. For my aftercare, a link to a recovery progress tracking questionnaire was texted to me regularly for me to fill in, and any concerns would be followed up by Dr Nurein. He and I spoke on the phone a few times during the aftercare period, but I haven't seen him since then, nor have I needed to. However, I really must go back soon to thank him in person for his marvellous work - it's been life-changing. A word of advice: It's quite common for prospective patients to believe (as did I) that the entire gland will be removed, but this is only true if your case is sufficiently mild. In my case, I can feel that some tissue still remains post-op, but this is because in cases like mine (which was urging towards moderate) it is the surgeon's job to remove the unsightly bulk of the tissue and also to sculpt and contour tissue intentionally left behind to give the best shape. This is because removing all the tissue in my case would have left me with loose skin and concave nipples, which would have been worse than where I started. Dr Nurein was very open about this with me, and if you ask then I'm sure he'll tell you what he thinks is possible.

I do not recommend surgery here. After having the initial consultation a medical letter was never provided. Also photos were never taken during the consultation. After querying these concerns to their secretary Joanna. She was extremely blunt on the phone. Stating that letters and photos would be sent just before having the operation. One would have thought it would be appropriate to provide the precise details of surgery way in advance so that the patient is aware of what the procedure will involve.

I had Gynecomastia treatment here and honestly can’t recommend enough . The service was fast affordable and professional . I dealt with Wayne mostly and can’t sing his prayers enough he was comforting and replied to every text , email and call . I was so nervous before getting this treatment done but I’d say to anyone if it’s on your mind just get it done you won’t regret it .
