Having to rewrite this review unfortunately. As much as I cannot fault the service and hospitality I received, it has been ruined unfortunately. After purchasing the car I sent the logbook off to DVLA to have my private reg that I paid well over £1000 for to be put on. This is when I received a letter back indicating I couldn’t do this as the vehicle had been previously stolen with no recovery update. Due to me not being the owner at the time I have no control over this situation and cannot rectify it. I contacted BCW in March to sort this out and although being told they would unfortunately we are now almost in June and I haven’t heard a thing. Experience has been ruined and the car that I’m paying over £12k for cannot display my private reg. very disappointed and would not have bought the car if I knew this was the case. Have received no update or indication that the issue is being resolved.

Arranged a viewing by text, drove an hour to see a car and got there for them to casually tell us they had sold the car that morning. No call or text, no apology, nothing. Rude and dismissive, saying good bye with "whatever". If you're going to view a car make sure you definitely call them that day to check the car is still available!
