Had a couple of jobs completed with BCS - some damp proofing, and improved ventilation with a passive system. Was a bit sceptical about paying over £100 for the survey, but figured that they must know what they're doing to charge so much. The surveyor was here for over two hours, and when we did receive his lengthy report he identified a couple of problems. After one or two minor teething problems the work was eventually completed. We have no more problems with condensation, which had plagued us since we moved in nearly four years ago. Very satisfied with everything - from the communication with the office, to the care the contractors gave to our property. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Can't recommend them enough.
