I choose this company because I believed they were bereavement care specialists. I was assured everything would be treated respectfully and delicately. My father passed and I couldn’t be in the property at the same time. I was waiting outside: all I heard was the removal men making comments on how much money they were going to make from this job. I even left the alcohol cabinet as I couldn’t bare taking it, and they ran out with it shouting we having a party tonight. On top of what they made from the job, they left me feeling utterly heartbroken and absolutely violated by their actions and comments: I wouldn't recommend them.
