I had an issue with my MH habitation door lock which broke just before setting off on this trip. Tried in vain to obtain a replacement everywhere (phone/Internet etc). Happened to be in the Ayr area and contacted BC Motorhomes. Tom in the after sales dept was absolutely brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and although he couldn't source the exact part, one of the workshop Techs (Louis) managed to 'adapt' a handle to fit. Both went the extra mile and top guys as well. Tom also sourced a replacement door mirror for me after a German driver forgot which side of the road we drive on!! Can't recommend this company enough - they got me out of a pickle.

My experience of motorhome dealers during and immediately after the post covid boom had not been a great one until I stumbled across BC. My own background in retail and selling high value goods can make me a tricky customer, I'll pick up poor interaction and average service a mile away. BC had a good vibe from the off, holding a vehicle to give me breathing room, answering my questions etc... and rather than taking up the offer of delivery I decided to go old school and travel up to collect. There is a lot to these vehicles and a lot that can go wrong, Connor who was my contact gave me a lengthy hand over and even travelled with me to a garage 10 miles away to ensure I knew how to fill the LPG tank. All this on a gloriously sunny day with plenty of other customers arriving on spec and the whole team running around trying to greet and say hi and make sure as many customers were acknowledged. Recommended!
