Poor communication & customer service meant he never came to do the job he quoted me for. "Might be after 3pm", "ring me when you're there" and "Im outside your house now"( it wasnt a house- it was a flat communal front door) emails & texts dont instill much confidence. Very disappointing if you cant make and stick to mutally convenient times. Very strange & disconcerting.

After recently moving to a new house Richard came to fit a new door handle and letter box, along with fitting a new mechanism that was broken. He was able to gain access to a back patio door that we couldn’t open, as well as changing the locks. Richard quickly arranged to do the work and was efficient. Really happy with the work completed and would definitely recommend!
