They are always very helpful and friendly. At one time, I struggled to choose what colour of the floor tiles matches with the wall tiles that I chose. They offer me some samples to take home so that I can put the samples as a preview in the bathroom to make my choice easier. Ordered tiles for my bathroom renovation and it arrives timely.

Absolutely appealing behaviour from one of their employees on the road. What sort of company is this, I was on the road today and one of their vans stopped in front of me and turned on the emergency lights, thinking that there was an issue I've decided to overtake that van, when trying to enter the lane in front of the van, the man who was diving it (dark skin male in a red van) suddenly pressed the gas pedal and drove closer to another vehicle almost causing an accident. Luckily I've managed to steer it away and avoid the clash. When the van was passing me, the male driving showed me middle finger all the way until I lost him from my sight. This behavior falls under a criminal offence and I'll be reporting this to the authorities, you need to sort your employees out. They need perhaps to redo their driving licence as they cause a danger on the road.

Well, well... what more can I say for a team that just simply works good and it’s going beyond exceptional customer service. First time I got tiles from there for my downstairs shower/loo I was pleasantly surprised by the help and the extra tile that I was given to finalise my bathroom for free as my builder damaged the last tile. Second time I went there ( a few weeks ago )for my hallway to get Victorian tiles and with help from Kevin I was sorted. Typically needed a few more extra tiles and David was great in helping me order and get tiles on time if needed. ***Well done to the team in St. Albans BC ceramics for the most brilliant experience that customer can have while dealing directly with them. Highly recommended and the “homely and personal feel” as David put it it’s really understatement for the effort they put in into this amazing customer service. Not to forget the other sales person there as well called Dave who was asking if I needed more help! Outstanding team *** New update : 3rd bathroom project Again went with no hesitation to BC Ceramics St Albans and received amazing welcome and exceptional service. Chosen tiles but received great recommendations from Kevin for the grout which I forgot to order. Glad I did ask him as he choice is what we wanted.
