Right from the beginning Spencer was very responsive and efficient. I needed an aircon unit fitting for my beauty treatments and he advised me what unit I needed and fitted it within 2 weeks. I rang around a few companies and BBS were best on price. The unit itself is so efficient and meant I did not have to close my business in the hotter weather. It also heats which has been brilliant this winter in keeping the heating bills down. Spencer and his team were polite, friendly and professional. Decided to install AC after the summer heatwave. BBS was recommended by another satisfied customer. On receipt of my voicemail Spencer replied immediately and made a site visit the next day. I had a quote within a day and we fixed a provisional date for the installation. A few days later Spencer called with an improved date and his team arrived promptly on the arranged date. The install went as planned and his team left the site clean and tidy. I was instructed in the operation and left with the instruction manual. A very professional job completed in a timely manner.
