We ordered last night we had over cooked dry unable to eat or cut ribs we had just convinced my wife to try them so we were very upset again no beans no problem last week no ribs or beans which were on menu which we substituted we were just going to let it go and never order there again but as previous meals had been good we thought we would see how this order could leave unchecked which did not give us confidence to order again regards

Updated review a year later: Had to take some stars off the review and update review after a few disappointing experiences within the last year. Probably won't be ordering from here again as the last 2 times there hasn't been any gluten free buns which was the main reason I'd order from here. Instead of a refund for the burger, after we asked about it, we were offered free cans of fizzy drinks (doesn't quite make up for it!). The app said the order was ready for us to collect but when we got there the order hadn't even been started. We opted to collect as the last couple of times we've ordered the delivery took ages. so although the food is still ok it's generally been disappointing and to top it the prices have increased quite a lot. It's a shame when we used to love it here and recommend it to friends. Original review: I don't know anywhere else that does a a greasy burger that is both gluten free and vegan - it was so delicious. I double checked that it was true! My husband got a beef burger and he also said it was great. Highly recommend, especially if you are vegan/vegetarian or gluten free and miss having a burger van style burger. Dietary restrictions: Used to do gluten free buns for their burgers but never seem to have any anymore.

We’ve ordered from here multiple times and the food is consistently good. They only let themselves down with slow delivery times as they are always later than specified. Last ordered was estimated at 45 minutes but, in the end, took nearly double that. This is a bit of a running theme. If they could improve their deliveries then it would be 5* from me.

Ordered through uber eats and the restaurant cancelled my order stating "customer called to cancel" leading to uber eats still charging. If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid at all cost.
