David has taken care of the elderly plumbing in our Southampton house for many years, and recently installed much more modern under-floor heating during renovations. He routinely gives considered and sound advice (a good listener), and does very tidy work at reasonable prices. This is a rare combination, imo. And Dave never creates work today that viably could be tackled tomorrow.
