    Quite honestly the most incompetent business we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sent a ram in for repair, it's been back to them 5 times, and at every step of the way BBH has made countless errors and yet the ram still isn't right. Have lost all faith whatsoever in them, and am baffled how they have a functioning business with the complete distinct lack of ability when it comes to hydraulic ram repairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have now lost my customer due to their sheer incompetence and also lost countless hours (over 100) in labour in fitting and then removing the ram from a cherry picker. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
