My partner and I came here yesterday to see the BBC Symphony Orchestra record and perform to a small audience, and we had a lovely experience. They performed music by Detlev Glanert - a composer I was unfamiliar with - as well as Johannes Brahms’ first symphony. Tucked away on Warwick Avenue, untroubled by the buzz off footfall, the BBC studio at Maida Vale is a little hidden gem where many greats have recorded. This was my first time there and I sincerely hope to one return to hear some more excellent live music.
