    WORRIED AND STRESSED!!! i have sent them a head unit for an audi q3 over a month ago, the last time i spoke to someone from there after calling numerous times told me i will have to wait for 10 workings days before they start on the unit repair. It has now been over a month and not heard from them or no body is answering there phone lines and i am being told they have closed and no longer exist, My unit is worth over £1200 and i really stressing over it. Does anyone know where or who or how to get hold of them?

    Used bba for years as trade customer,Agreed it's a real shame for all those that worked their,however was told a skeleton staff was in for week only,customers Abs module in for repair long before this happened paid the extra £50 to jump the queue which is totally wrong and a rip off anyway,no contact,no up date's at all,had to e mail only to get an automatic reply back,rang no end of time's till it got a joke,found this news out and ended up travelling from Norfolk to collect the unit,still in the hope somebody was their,(which luckily their was)same happened in lock down just locked up for 3 months with no regards to customer's parts already their,communication goes a long way and took a lot explaining again to my customer,reliability of bba has been going down hill for a long time now so hardly come's as a surprise,you only need to look on companies house to see what's been going on ! pretty disgraceful.

    Brother put his x5 head unit in for repair and had no response from them for weeks so I called them no answer for days then looked at the reviews for them and turns out this company went into liquidation a week ago no call to customers units they was repairing absolute joke of a company now having to chase them for the head unit back not a good company
