Awful firm to deal with. Made an appointment to have a mixed use commercial/residential property valued. A week later, two hours before I was due to meet the valuer, I get a curt email cancelling the appointment with no reason given. Nobody else was even available to talk to at BB&J. Definitely a firm to avoid.
