    Let's have a bit of balance here. I have been referred by my surgery to BB, but merely for BB to take over prescribing two "high risk" drugs I have to take for a long outstanding medical condition. I phoned on the afternoon of 1 March 2023. There was nobody available but there was a messaging service on which I left my details and phone number. I was called back the same day. The person I spoke to was charming, had clearly taken the time and trouble to read up my case history, and had even spotted an oversight on my doctor's part. She was efficient, polite, interested and engaged. Is prescribing the drugs I need and given me her name and number for future contact. Faultless. Rather different to the apparent experiences of the previous reviewers. Maybe it was the way I treated her, politely and respectfully as I always do. Just a thought. Well done, BB.

    Complete surprise to be told during an NHS GP appointment that this was the private company I would now need to deal with for my medications. Nobody answers the phone and there is no facility to leave a message or request a call back. You are just cut off! So far, only automated response to emails. How to make a relatively simple procedure near impossible! Well done MSE Trust😡

    Had unsolicited phone calls from these clowns, about trying to peddle the clot shot, don't touch that poison, and yet other reviews say patients can't get through on the phone, yet a little bit of profit and their all over it. Profit under the guise of care, bet these clowns think they are deities rather than community worker and are too good for the hoy paloy

    Spoken to like trash! Got an out of hours appointment the other day - a miracle in itself really! Doctor didn’t seem to know what to do.. anyways they left a blood test form for me at the surgery. Only thing is I didn’t realise I had been transferred to a different surgery from my regular, all I know is that I had spoken to bb healthcare. Doctor said pick it up from the surgery, didn’t specify where, I assumed my one but that’s just a mix up, no ones fault. Turn up at my doctors and they said it’s at shotgate surgery. Okay..so went home and called them and they have no idea where the form is and to come after 18:30 to collect it. Found the number for bb healthcare and called ahead to make sure it was there because I’m not too good in the car rn… and the treatment I received was unlike anything else! I just asked if they had my form as I wanted to check before making the journey, gave her my name (which she kept talking over as I spoke), then she proceeded to ask why I was asking these questions when it clearly says on the form to pick it up from shotgate. That may be so but the doctor didn’t tell me that information which is why I’m trying to track it down!! Why would I be going through all this hassle if I already knew this?! The lady then proceeded to raise her voice and argue with me rather rudely and also refused to give me her name when I asked. I did not appreciate the tone she took with me after I had called just to track a form down and she didn’t need to be so rude! She ended up blaming the whole situation on me for not listening to the doctor during my appointment!! I wasn’t even annoyed when I first called up about the form, I was just trying to track it down, but now the whole situation had really made me angry and I feel like I’ve been messed around all week. An absolute disgrace how you choose to represent your company.

    Re booster jab scheduling... Gives you their email by text to resolve issues but their mailbox is constantly full and rejects all messages. Same with phone.. Given their number by the vaccination centre but never answer or return calls.

    Worst absolutely worst service in the basildon area… even if you call at 8am on the dot the line forces you to wait nearly half hour and then hangs up!! Two days in a row. Avoid this bb healthcare or fryerns surgery

    What a rubbish Company. Never answer the phone, I have left 10 messages now. Left a message at the George Hurd center also. No email address to use. They were supposed to come to vaccinate my aged Mother, stayed in all day, no one came.

    Useless, They fail to answer the phone everytime. Voicemail messages left are not replied to. Why Bother to Stand up & Clap the NHS & support a pay rise for their staff when only a small minority deserve it, in most cases this is the lousy service you get!
