They cannot supply my full prescription of 4 cylinders they say I can only have 2 then only deliver 1 this has happened four times in eight days very poor service 1 bottle only lasts less than two hours so can’t go far on that

Their massive vans park on the ONLY green grass childrens play area in our residency - despite several emails to the company THEY STILL CONTINUE to do this ruining the area for out local schoolchildren - they DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS - we now have to go to our local MP it seems

Order 4 oxygen cylinder replacement only to receive phone 5mins before delivery due next day for the driver to inform me only have 2 cylinder.. not happy rang next day to re order 2 cylinder delivered tomorrow. Again 5mins due to be delivered driver calls only have 1cylinder .. when ring to make complaint kept online 15mins to be told someone will answer shortly.. in the end had to ring my hospital consultant to get something sorted. The 2star rating I give is only for the driver.. many thanks baywater.

Before my report, the vile one a couple down, is I reckon completely made up. Talking nonsense. Receptionists?😂 I’ve never even in 5 years spoken to a receptionist. Reckon he / she work for a rival company as I’ve never experienced that. I wouldn’t even take it seriously at Baywater. Someone trolling. Weird review. I’ve been with Baywater since I fell very poorly with sepsis caused by pneumonia and almost died. My organs were getting attacked by my body. I had pretty bad lungs but the sepsis really knackered particularly one of them. I’m currently on the transplant list. Anyway this company have been nothing but amazing. Call them , the person who takes my order for cylinders is always friendly, helpful and professional. The cylinders ALWAYS come the next day. The delivery drivers are spot on and carry them in for me now Covid not as rife. No I cannot fault Baywater at all. Keep up the great work. Regards. Neil.

2 weeks without correct equipment. Repeated calls and pleas explaining impact on mental and physical health ignored. Complained and no one ever got back to me. I don't know how nhs can justify using these people, please bring back Philip's. I am deliberately not calling baywater when I need equipment to avoid dealing with them and was honest when my doctor called concerned asking why I had not ordered replacements for so long. I don't think you as an organisation understand the real impact on people's mental and physical health not sleeping for days or weeks without oxygen.

Disgusting company. Bunch of liars on reception. Been dealing with them for over 3 years, ever since they took over from Philips. Always a headache. Tell you they've sent you an item out when they haven't. Been waiting over a week for a replacement mask, which was 'in stock' and sent out. After speaking to 3 representatives, was told it has been delivered to wrong address (not the first time) and could I chase it down myself before they send it out again.

Called the help line, so helpful and pleasant. A lovely gentleman called Adam from Crewe called to my home. He sorted the problem with my Nippy 4 ventilator straight away. What I was more impressed with was his politeness, so professional, could not fault him in any way, a true gent. If any hierarchy are reading these comments, look after this young man, hes worth his weight in gold. 10 out of 10. Thanks Adam. A true diamond.
