  I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone looking to update or create a new bathroom. We have self built our property and had four bathrooms to fit out and choose all the items for. Anna and her team have been nothing but helpful, polite and friendly both before and after installation of all of the items. We now have four beautiful bathrooms thanks to this company who dealt with any problems, which were through no fault of their own, quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much!

  Rude is the only word of I can think of to describe my experience of Bay tree. Had been in on a few previous occasions to look around as am re fitting bathrooms. Popped in to look for some extras I needed and asked a little advise, granted the product I asked advise on was not bought from the shop but thought as with most retailers they would not mind me asking a simple question as they are 'experts'. Was in a conversation with a team member who was happy to help, when who I must assume was one of the owners came in and asked if this was related to a product from them, when I said no was told 'WELL WE ARE NOT A BATHROOM INFORMATION CENTRE'. Some common curtesy would have been nice, or even a less dismissive tone, it would not have taken much just to say, 'sorry sir we prefer not to advise on products not purchased from ourselves.' Actually wanted to look for mirrors, taps and some extras I needed but left as felt very unwelcome and pretty upset. The shop was empty apart from myself so it wasn't even as if they had other customers waiting. Thanks for making be feel really small and unwelcome, a great start to my day.... would not return.

  We found Baytree Bathrooms by chance but were immediately impressed by the wide range of bathrooms and showers on display in their showroom. Anna was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the products on display and discussed with us the many options available. Even after our first visit to the showroom it was hard to imagine wanting to use anyone else. Their design service was hugely beneficial; Paul visited our house to take accurate measurements from which detailed 3D drawings were produced. This gave us a clear indication of how things would look, and Anna and Sophie happily made changes to the design to ensure we were completely satisfied. The similarity between the drawings and the finished ensuite was remarkable! Paul and his team of fitters were completely professional. Any unexpected problems with our existing ensuite, (floor not level, walls not vertical), were quickly dealt with without any fuss. Paul has very exacting standards and ensured that everything was finished to the highest standard. We are totally satisfied with the service that Baytree has provided and so pleased with our new ensuite. It looks amazing! We thoroughly recommend Baytree Bathrooms and couldn’t ever imagine using anyone else.

  An extremely professional Company. The complete bathroom was replaced. All tradesmen used were highly skilled, well qualified, efficient, polite, co-operative and clean in their working practices. From initial contact with the sales staff at the showroom right through to the finished bathroom, they did exactly what they said they would and on time. The quality of the finished bathroom cannot be faulted in any way. Thanks Baytree for a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend you to the royal family. Best regards for the future.

  We were renovating a house in Newmarket and had so many decisions to make. We had 3 bathrooms to choose and a downstairs cloakroom. We made an appointment with Anna and she spent time and went through are plans with us.Anna was able to guide us in the right direction so we could make the correct chooses with our budget. We then went away and had a think , changed a few things.Anna was able to suggest lower price items in certain areas and higher price where it would make a difference. Because we were buying a lot of stuff Anna was able to give us a competitive price.We were seriously thinking about buying straight from the internet but im so glad we didn't, we would have ended up buying the wrong stuff and having the hassle of trying to send back. When it came to delivery day the items turned up and each box had the location where it was to be fitted, this alone saved us hours of work. We had trouble fitting a couple of items and Anna's team was just a phone call away and was able to get the information we needed quickly. I really can't recommend Baytree bathrooms enough but the service we received was second to none. If you're serious about fitting a good quality bathroom or shower room what will last a long time go to this place.No other companies we looked at come close.
