    Terrible experience from start to finish!!!!! Firstly I had been told the car that I bought had been checked over by the sales rep and the car would be valeted only to find out that the car had not been checked and finding cigarettes burns inside the car and it stinking of fags with ash inside the glove compartment. There is dents on the bumper, it is heavily scratched inside the car, there was no tire kit, the boot clip is Damaged, all four alloys are scratched/marked, the rear side mirror won’t close when the car is locked, the air clip is missing on the air con. when I took the car back in to Baylis to complain about the damages of the car the sales rep then admitted he never checked the car in the first place before selling me it. It’s absolutely disgusting and poor customer care, he told me to give him one chance to fix these problems biggest mistake of my life trusting this guy, I’ve had problems with the car starting up, the wheels turning sharply, gear box needing to be sent off to be fixed, I’ve had 3 courtesy cars, I’ve constantly had to chase this guy for parts that were promised to be fixed, car keys, log book. He never called me back when he said he would and I was told constant excuses that he is busy and would call me back but never did. I went in last week wanting my money back, he offered me a deal by putting me in a £2000 more car saying he can’t see it being a problem taking it out of the pot. He was being really reassuring but he said he will send an email to his director. I then find out a week later that the car had been sold already so he then offered me another one similar to the price but I had to pay the extra £1500. Which is absolutely outrageous when being told I didn’t have to pay anything extra!! then he offered me my money back but told me I will lose 700 pounds because between January and may I did 2000+ miles. I have asked for a number for the director but he told me he can’t give me the number to speak to anyone. Today I have been in to Baylis to get my refund but I have had to agree to accept the £700 decrease because I am desperate for a car for my newborn and step daughter who highly relies on a car because of her disability. But I strongly believe I should have been paid the full amount back because of all these problems This car has had from the beginning and this has caused not just myself but my family a lot of stress. I have spent £13,850 of my money to be given such a terrible service from this sales rep, i now don’t trust any sales rep because of this awful experience I’ve had here, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Great Service. I found them via AutoTrader and I rang up and spoke to Ebony. She was so lovely and if she couldn't catch me by phone she would follow up via email which was great. I don't live near the dealership so needed the car to be delivered. Great communication throughout and I'm please with the overall service and standard of the vehicle. I would definitely go back when looking for another car.

    So far not great....the initial sale went smoothly and customer service was good at this point. Since then there have been zero updates and no response to the latest phone call I made chasing up a car over 12 months in the making. I ended up contacting the manufacturer myself and have obtained an estimated delivery date! My wife also has a car in order through them. A lot of custom provided for zero updates.
